
Aubrey Henshaw
Aubrey has worked for New Directions for six years with experience in residential and outpatient substance-use disorder treatment, mental health care coordination, and prevention. She is the chair of Baker County Safe Communities Coalition and facilitates the Baker County Equity subcommittee. Aubrey completed a 6-month DELTA (Developing Equity Leadership through Training and Action) cohort in 2019 and is currently a master's student for a degree in Public Health. Aubrey is very passionate about community development, equity, and raising awareness about needs in Baker County; she believes that shedding light on the value of an individual can truly change the health of the community - Neighbors of Baker will help achieve that.

Gretchen Stadler
Gretchen is happily retired and active in local organizations that promote a welcoming and inclusive community and encourage stewardship of our natural environment. After traveling cross-country for two years in a camper van, Gretchen is enjoying living in a solid house in Baker City and exploring the beauty of the Blue Mountains.

Haley Hueckman
Haley was born and raised in Eastern Oregon, and currently lives in Baker City. She has worked for New Directions Northwest for 5 years. Haley is currently the Chair of the Local Community Advisory Committee and a member of the Baker County Safe Communities Coalition. Outside of prevention and community based work, Haley also owns a small business. Haley enjoys hiking/backpacking, interior design and cheese!

Meghan Chancey
Meghan is the Program Coordinator for Eastern Oregon Healthy Living Alliance which supports community health initiatives throughout Eastern Oregon. She is a team member for the Baker Community Justice Project which hopes to create a more open, welcoming, and just community for all in Baker. On the weekends, Meghan enjoys spending time hiking, camping and cross-country skiing with her husband and three dogs. You'll find Meghan running early in the mornings or snuggling up to a good book on the couch. Come say hello!
